A few common questions about studying with Lux Crucis.

Is Lux Crucis a fortune-telling or divination app?+

No. Lux Crucis is an educational and contemplative app for the study of Christian Cabala and the Tree of Life. It offers lessons, reflection and historical symbolic study — never fortune-telling, divination, predictions or supernatural claims.

What's included free, and what needs Premium?+

The complete Sephirot Journey, selected Pathworking lessons, gematria name insights and daily practice are always free. Premium unlocks all twenty-two paths, the full gematria and Greek isopsephy engine, AI study insights, the Christian Year, deep dives and progress analytics. See the full comparison.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel there at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

I changed devices — how do I restore my purchase?+

Use the same Apple ID or Google account you purchased with, then open Lux Crucis and choose “Restore Purchases” in the settings. Your Premium access will be reinstated. If it doesn't appear, contact us and we'll help.

How do the AI Study Reflections work?+

When you use an AI feature, the text you enter is sent to a trusted AI provider that returns a study reflection. These reflections are generated automatically for journaling and contemplation — they are not statements of fact or spiritual authority. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How is my data handled, and can I delete it?+

Much of your study data is stored on your device and is removed when you delete the App. To request deletion of any information we hold, email contact@aurea-via.co.uk. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Something isn't working. How do I report a problem?+

Email us at contact@aurea-via.co.uk with a short description of the problem, your device model and operating system version, and the App version if you know it. The more detail you can share, the faster we can help.

Do you offer refunds?+

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play, and refunds are handled according to their policies and your statutory consumer rights. If you believe there has been an error, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
